Please read our cancellations and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Product Policy
All our products are digital downloads (PDFs, eBooks, or other soft copies).
Once the payment is successfully processed and the product file has been delivered (either by download link or email), the sale is considered final.
As digital content cannot be returned once accessed, we do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds after the product has been downloaded or delivered.
2. Wrong or Duplicate Payment
If you have accidentally made a duplicate payment or faced a technical error during checkout, please contact us within 24 hours with the payment details (transaction ID, date, and amount).
After verification, we will process a refund for the duplicate amount within 5–7 business days.
3. Failed Download / Broken File
If you are unable to download your purchased PDF or the file is corrupted, don’t worry!
You can email us at 📩 info@pragatieduationtech.online (or your actual support email), and we’ll resend the correct file without any extra charge.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided under these conditions:
You purchased the wrong product by mistake.
You changed your mind after download.
You expected physical delivery (we only sell digital content).
You do not have compatible software to open the PDF/eBook.
